Employer Brandwagon has a dual mission. One: to elevate the impact that employer branding can have on an organisation’s vision and mission. Two: to communicate that impact above and beyond the employer brand function. Employer branding has evolved over the years, and we wanted a place for global employer brand leaders to share their musings to drive greater understanding and appreciation of the impact they can have in business. The stories that drive our mission are hosted right here for you to consume and share. As the world of work has shifted, demand for EB roles has increased. And so has the scope of the role, which in turn has created more questions than answers for many of us. Who owns EB? Who should EB report to? What metrics should EB be measured on and at what level? The struggle is real. We get it. So we’re pushing the collective thinking of the global community – empowering you to build on what you’re doing today, and arming you with confidence and evidence for what you can do tomorrow.
